anti-CD50 R-PE Conjugate
Human CD50 (ICAM-3) is an adhesion molecule that interacts with LFA-1 (CD18/CD11a) and provides a costimulatory signal for T cells (1, 2, 3) which is thought to be essential for initiation of immune responses.
Isotype: Murine IgG2b
Immunogen: Stimulated human leukocytes
Specificity: Antibody 186-2G9 recognizes the D1 domain of the ICAM-3 molecule of 130 kd (4).
Functional Applications: Antibody 186-2G9 blocks binding of CD11a (LFA-1) to CD50 (ICAM-3)
