anti-CD23 R-PE Conjugate
Human CD23 is a low affinity receptor for IgE (Fc epsilon RII) found primarily on mature B cells and also on eosinophils, monocytes, dendritic cells, platelets, and a subset of thymic epithelial cells. CD23 interacts with CD21 (4).
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Human peripheral myeloma cells
Specificity: Antibody BU38 recognizes the CD23 molecule of 45 kd (1, 3).
Functional Application: Antibody BU38 functions as a CD23 agonist when crosslinked with anti-Mouse polyclonal antibody (5,6). Biotinylated BU38 has been used for magnetic depletion of Eosinophils (7).
