anti-MHC Class II Purified (with Antibiotics)
Human MHC Class II (HLA-DP, DQ & DR) molecules are expressed on dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, and myeloid beta cells. MHC Class II molecules are heterodimers of polymorphic transmembrane a and b chains and generally bind exogenously derived peptides of about 10-17 amino acids. MHC Class II molecules interact with the T cell receptor on CD4+ T cells.
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Purified (With Antibiotics) class II from JY cell line
Specificity: Antibody TDR31.1 recognizes a monomorphic class II beta chain epitope (1), and has been termed a “pan HLA II beta mAb” (8) since it cross reacts with other HLA haplotypes (7).
