anti-TCR Vβ3 Biotinylated
Human T cell receptor (TCR) is a T cell surface expressed heterodimer of alpha/beta or gamma/delta chains. TCR’s recognize antigen peptides bound to MHC molecules forming the basis of antigen specific response by T cells (3, 4).
Isotype: Murine IgG2a lambda
Immunogen: Human HA1.7 TCR beta chain expressed on transgenic mouse cells
Specificity: Antibody JOVI-3 is specific for the human V beta 3 TCR gene product and reacts with 1-10 of T cells in normal human blood (1, 5).
Functional Application: Antibody JOVI-3 is mitogenic for T cells expressing TCR V beta 3.
