Treg CAR cells used to mediate asthma

Swiss Researchers developed and sequenced 4 mAbs vs Birch pollen (Bet v1 antigen)and derived Fv constructs to create Chimeric Antigen Receptor cells using murine primary Treg. These were tested in vitro and in a Mouse AAI model to downregulate inflammation.
