anti-CD58(LFA-3) Biotinylated
Human CD58 is a cell surface glycoprotein with wide distribution on hemopoetic cells and functions as an adhesion molecule mediating a costimulatory signal through CD2. CD58 is attached to the cell surface by either of two forms – transmembrane or GPI.
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Human cytotoxic T cells
Specificity: Antibody TS2/9 reacts with both transmembrane and GPI anchored CD58.
Functional Application: Antibody TS2/9 will inhibit HLA-DR mediated T cell cytotoxicity (3).
