anti-CD105 fluorescent conjugates for phenotypic analysis of Mesenchymal Stem Cells

In these studies, Mesenchymal Stem/Progenitor cells show potential for repairing damaged joint tissue, and restoring liver function.  After enriched by sorting, and expansion in culture, the phenotype of resulting stem cell populations are:  CD105+, CD29+, CD166+, CD44+, CD45-, CD31-.
