anti-TNF α Biotinylated

Human tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) is a proinflammatory cytokine expressed mainly by activated monocytes and macrophages.  TNF alpha exerts a key role with regard to pathogenesis of many infectious and inflammatory diseases.

Isotype: Murine IgG1

Immunogen: Recombinant human TNF alpha

Functional Application: Antibody J1D9 neutralizes TNF alpha biological activities (2). It prevents TNF alpha induced apoptosis in Jurkat cells (5).
