anti-TIGIT Biotinylated

Isotype:  Mouse IgG1k

Immunogen:  Recombinant human TIGIT

INFORMATION: Human TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) is a co inhibitory receptor expressed by activated T cells, memory T cells, Treg cells and NK cells.  It binds to CD155(PVR) and less avidly to CD112(PVRL2). Blockade of the TIGIT/CD155 axis shows promise in restoring T cell function in pancreatic cancer(2).

Specificity: Antibody ANCTG6 binds to receptors on a sub set of  human peripheral blood lymphoid cells, as well as to recombinant TIGIT in EIA.
