anti-CD83 Purified (with Antibiotics)

Human CD83 is a type 1 cell surface glycoprotein expressed almost solely by dendritic cells that play an important role in antigen presentation (2).

Isotype: Murine IgG1

Immunogen: COS cells transfected with human CD83

Specificity: Antibody HB15e recognizes the CD83 molecule of 45 kd (3).
