anti-DR3 Purified (with Antibiotics)
Human DR3 (TRAMP, LARD) was designated TNF receptor superfamily member 25. TL1A is a ligand which can induce apoptosis through a cytoplasmic death domain similar to the CD178-CD95 (FasL-Fas) interaction. Alternatively, engagement of DR3 on T cells can synergize with other activating signals to enhance IFNg production. Clone ANC2D12 binds specifically to recombinant DR3 in EIA, but does not inhibit DR3 binding to TL1A. It does not appear to be suitable for Western blot.
Isotype: Murine IgG1 kappa
Immunogen: Human HPB-MLT cells, recombinant human CD278(ICOS)-muIg
Specificity: Clone ANC2D12 binds specifically to recombinant DR3 in EIA, but does not inhibit DR3 binding to TL1A.
