anti-CD79a FITC Conjugate
Human CD79a is a 22kd glycoprotein which associates with CD79b to form a functional heterodimer that interacts with membrane immunoglobulin (mIg).The mIgM component binds antigen and the heterodimer transduces signals. Anti-CD79a mAb is useful for distinguishing Leukemic cells from Lymphoma (3).
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Daudi IgM complex
Specificity: Antibody ZL7-4 recognizes the extracellular part of CD79a.
