anti-CD60b Biotinylated

Human CD60 antigen is a glycolipid determinant found on about 30% of peripheral blood T cells.  The glycolipid determinant is linked to a glycoprotein which can transduce activation signals (1, 2).

Isotype: Murine IgM

Immunogen: Human rheumatoid synovial T cell line (ST-1)

Specificity: Antibody UM4D4 recognizes a 9-0-acetylated disialosyl group linked to the glycoprotein CD60b (1, 5,7).

Functional Application: Antibody UM4D4 will activate T cells.
