anti-CD48 Purified (Preservative-free)
Human CD48 (SLAMF2) is a GPI anchored cell surface gylcoprotein found on all lymphocytes and monocytes. CD48 is a ligand for CD2 as well as CD229 and CD244(2B4, SLAMF4), and may be involved in enhancing the activating signal to B cells.
Isotype: Murine IgG2a
Immunogen: Human PBLs
Specificity: Clone 5-4.8 recognizes epitope 4 of the CD48 molecule of about 47 kd (4). This mAb blocks binding of biotinylated recombinant CD244(2B4,SLAMF4)-muIg (Cat# 544-030) to CD48 in FACS.
