anti-CD43 Purified (with Antibiotics)
Human CD43 is a heavily O-glycosylated and sialylated transmembrane protein that is mainly found on T cells, but not on B cells.
Isotype: Murine IgG1
Immunogen: Human KG-1 tumor cells
Specificity: Antibody DFT1 recognizes epitope A of the CD43 molecule on pMN of about 135 kd (1,3).
Functional Application: Antibody DFT1 partially induces apoptosis in hemopoetic progenitor cells and also induces hemopoetic aggregation.
