anti-CD13 Biotinylated
Human CD13 is a zinc-binding aminopeptidase-N enzyme expressed on the surface of myeloid cells (2). IL-4 will upregulate expression of CD13 which may play an anti-inflammatory role (3).
Isotype: Murine IgG2a kappa
Immunogen: Human osteosarcoma tissue
Specificity: Antibody 22A5 recognizes the human cell surface aminopeptidase-N enzyme (1).
