Combining CD27 and CD134(OX40) stimulation with PD-L1 Blockade is beneficial to recovering exhausted T cell function

By room34 / January 16, 2015

In a mouse adoptive adoptive transfer T cell exhaustion model improved T cell proliferation was observed when agonistic antibodies against CD27 and CD134 were included with the CD274 blockade.
